I have used the Pro app for years, now it won't open.
I used this app for 3 years and it was great.. I recommended it to friends.. Now the App window opens, flashes and shuts down. Cannot access any PDF or file I originally opened in the app. This has been going on for at least 4 weeks. Cannot scan Cannot use app at all. Do not download this app until issues are solved. It is currently worthless.
Ok for a couple years, then somehow they lost my Pro status. After awhile, and a few emails, I got it back, thank you.
Great & effective
it used to be awesome now it's just horrible it takes forever to save, It crashes, and im unable to crop the images. After i set up the margins it still shows parts of the pages i dont want. And i lose files when it crashes when saving.
Easy Simple to use. Best if can UPLOAD to cloud drives, or SHARE scanned items.
Lately just keep closing itself and some of the file disappeared
Was my favorite app but lately it's been to many problems. Everytime I would go to sign a paper the app would just close after signing 2 pages and I would have to restart it.. and now with new update after I save a document and try to send it to another app it doesnt give me the option anymore I can only send to email or google cloud..

I have been using ur free version for years and loved it. but it kept closing when it is launched. no way to use at all. so I thought it might be the free version problem so I paid full amount and purchased the pro version. but having the same problem . please fix or let me know what to do
